How to deal with hatred?

Hatred is like a balloon, and when we start hatred, there is gas in the balloon. How we face hatred is like how we face balloons. Each of us has more or less hate balloons.

Some people's balloons are stubborn. Obviously, they have no hatred, but I don't believe there will be such people. After all, hatred is a very normal emotion of people. Without hatred, their emotions are incomplete.
